I would like to book access to the spa facilities

You can book access to our spa facilities here. All our spas have a heated wellness pool, sauna and steam room. We recommend a stay in the facilities before treatment.

When booking a treatment, you can (if capacity is available) reserve access to the facilities for only NOK 300. If you only want access to the facilities (NOK 690), this is based on drop-in, and assumes available capacity on the day in question. 

I have booked access to the spa facilities

Please bring your own swimwear (swimwear is compulsory) on arrival. You will be given a bathrobe, towel and slippers at our reception. All personal belongings are stored at your own risk in a lockable cabinet in the dressing room. 

Thorough body washing with soap is required before staying in the spa facilities and long hair must be put up. Please sit on a towel in the sauna/steam room. 

I want to book a treatment

We offer a wide selection of treatments for the face and body. You can book your treatment here. We recommend booking treatments well in advance of your visit.

If you have a preference for a male/female therapist, please contact us. We have both Norwegian and English-speaking therapists - all with a high level of expertise and extensive experience.

I have booked a treatment

Please arrive 10 min. before your treatment begins. If you have not had a treatment with us before, you will be asked to fill in a consultation form. 

When your session begins, you will be greeted by the therapist who will show you to the treatment room. There you will receive information about the correct clothing for the treatment in question, storage of personal belongings and how to sit/lie on the treatment bench. You will then get ready in private. 

During a massage or body treatment , you use your own underwear/swimwear or disposable underwear provided by the therapist. For other treatments, you can wear normal clothes. All facial treatments include cleaning the skin and removing any make-up. Please note that jewelery should be removed during several of our treatments.

Our cancellation deadlines are 24 hours for treatments on Mon-Thurs and 48 hours on Fri-Sat.

I want food/drinks

Offers will vary somewhat depending on the chosen department. 

We offer serving of fruit platter at all our departments and we have available water containers inside the spa facilities. Fruit platter should be ordered in advance (180,-). 

Bringing in food and drinks is not permitted.
