The class is held outside in Frognerparken in spring/summer and indoors in the studio in autumn/winter.

This is a high-intensity training session that focuses on endurance and strength. The class is held at Frogner Stadion in the spring/summer, and indoors in the studio in the autumn/winter. We mainly use cardio equipment such as rowing machines, stair machines and treadmills, as well as exercises with your own body weight.
