Treatment and access to our spa facilities should be booked well in advance due to limited capacity.

Age limit

Persons aged 16 and over are welcome to use the facilities. Children aged 5-15 years only have access together with a hotel guest (over 16 years) Mon-Sun 08:00-10:00. Children aged 5-15 have free access during these times.

Entrance

• Monday-Sunday: 250,-

All hotel guests are encouraged to change and put on a bathrobe/slippers in the hotel room due to limited wardrobe capacity. Towels are handed out by Artesia's reception.

Etiquette

Please familiarize yourself with our etiquette in advance of your stay.

• We encourage all hotel guests to change and put on a bathrobe/slippers in the hotel room
• Thoroughly wash yourself with soap before using the spa facilities
• Long hair must be put up
• Swimwear is mandatory
• Personal belongings are stored at your own risk
• Please sit on a towel in the sauna/steam room
• Drugs of any kind are not allowed in our spa
• All stays in the spa facilities are at your own risk
• Please contact the reception 10 min. before your treatment
• During treatment, you must use your own underwear or a disposable version that you can get from us
• Our spas are quiet zones

Cancellation policy

Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation deadlines

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before treatment Monday-Thursday, and 48 hours for treatment Friday-Sunday. Cancellations that occur later than this will be charged in full.
